The Story of Teekha Gaon
From a humble village kitchen to a celebrated dining destination — our story is woven with love, spices, and the spirit of Indian hospitality.
A Taste of Village Warmth
“Teekha Gaon — meaning "Spicy Village" — was born from a simple belief: the best food comes from the heart, cooked with time-honored techniques and the freshest spices.
Our tandoor, the heart of our kitchen, burns with the same passion that our founder's grandmother used in her village courtyard. Every piece of chicken is marinated for 24 hours in our secret blend of yogurt and spices, then roasted to perfection in our clay oven.
We source our spices directly from Indian farms, our recipes have been refined over generations, and our commitment to authenticity is unwavering. When you dine at Teekha Gaon, you're not just having a meal — you're experiencing a tradition.
